Mr. Richard McWilliams hails from San Diego, California where he taught four different third and fourth grade classes. He is entering his second year at Saipan SDA School. He has taught all grade levels from Kindergarten through grade twelve and has six and a half years of experience as a teacher, teacher assistant and substitute. Mr. McWilliams received Bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from Washington Adventist University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Administration and Leadership. In the future he hopes to become principal of an Adventist school. Mr. McWilliams is rarely seen without a smile and his enthusiastic laugh can be heard down the halls of our school. He is a huge mentor to his students and his colleagues.
