Foreign Student Applicant

Below are the requirements to being accepted into  Saipan Seventh-day Adventist School:

Step 1 – Turn the following into the Admissions Office

  • Application for Admission Form
  • Financial Obligation Contract
  • Copy of Applicant’s
    • Birth Certificate
    • Passport
    • Transcript (from previous school – kindergarten students do not need to submit a transcript)
  • Copy of Parent’s Passport or other English Identification
  • Copy of Parent and/or Guardian Entry Permit or Visa
  • Copy of Guardianship Declaration (if student is living with a guardian)
  • Copy of Guardian and/or Sponsor Identification
  • Proof that sufficient funds are available for Educational and Living expenses
  • Payment $1,200 applicable to Visa Processing, Registration, Materials, ELL, and Tuition Fees

Step 2

  • School Issues I-20
  • Pay & Apply I-901 online (http://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf/I-901.pdf)
  • Visa Interview at US Embassy in home country

Step 3

  • Copy of F Visa
  • Copy of Flight Itinerary
  • Copy of Personal Health Insurance Policy

Step 4 – (Within 3 days after arrival on Saipan)

  • Interview at school
  • Testing for ELL placement
  • Fill our Supplement Registration Forms
    • Medical and Health Information Form
    • Permission Form
    • Behavior Contract Agreement
  • Valid Blue Health Card With Hospital Health # – “School Entrance Health Certificate” (you may obtain this from Commonwealth Health Center or any other medical clinic on island)
